Interviews WRT various investigations into Mr. Epstein’s wealth, and legal and financial documents in multiple
countries, showed tens of millions of dollars coursed thru his offshore companies and foundations in unusual ways.

<><> $88 million appeared in Epstein’s Virgin Islands-registered company in the 2000's that normally held only small amounts.
<><> one Epstein entity sent tens of millions to the "charity" of billionaire retail tycoon, Leslie H. Wexner, years after Wexner said he severed ties with Epstein.

Epstein’s financial folderol means we need to dig deeper-—to determine the source of his money and the circuitous route it took, then landed back into his personal coffers.

Could have happened like this:

BACKSTORY When he went to jail, investigators found Ponzi King Bernie Madoff had stashed billions offshore-——into a labyrinth of financial entities.....all unknown to his investors.

COLLUSION AND CONSPIRACIES GALORE Some $8.9 billion was funneled to Madoff through a dozen so-called feeder funds based in Europe, the Caribbean and Central America......

The labyrinth of hedge funds, management companies and service providers, to unsuspecting outsiders, seemed to compose a formidable system of checks and balances.

But the purpose of this complex architecture was just the opposite: the feeder funds provided different modes for directing money to Madoff in order to avoid scrutiny.
