We know "Uncle Joe" was not all there when he was VP. He came up with some entertainingly screwy stuff. Remember "just fire two blasts in the air"???

But it seems the gaffes and mental slip ups are more frequent and more serious now. I wonder if his mental health is seriously deteriorating?
