True, but Judge Scalia didn’t even get that much consideration when he died under (what many believe to be) dubious circumstances.
Much investigation was warranted, but he was embalmed with formaldehyde (I think) so no autopsy could be performed. A sitting Supreme Court Judge, and no investigation, no answered questions. End of story.
And Epstein was Jewish; they get buried as soon as possible, usually the day after death.
