In the State of Florida John Law frowns on convincing a minor to have sex with an adult. They call it sexual battery[used to be rape] because legally a minor cannot give consent. In this case she could have told them she was paid, she consented, she volunteered. They are not interested. All they are interested in is that she was under age at the act was performed. That is the way things are in Florida. Things may be different where you are.
