Nothing like it and no affiliation that I know of. Found it a few months ago doing a search on my name. There was a page on me with the basics you can get from Intelius or other "people search" pages.
Did a search on a couple of friends to check it out. Most were the same basics but one had a bunch of bizarre stuff on a guy I know. Looked like something his ex might have put up to smear him.
Best I can tell it's a clickbait site that puts up pages on people then offers paid subscriptions so that you can control what is posted on it. Otherwise anyone can, with or without a free account.
For kicks you might want to see if there's a Mylife page for you.
That is exactly what it is. Mylife should never be taken as a legitimate source.
Yes, they data-mine publicly available records but then allow anyone, and I mean anyone to make changes. And unless you know you show up on Mylife with a profile, you dont know who might have made erroneous changes to that profile. And yes, if there is one that has incorrect or derogatory info, good luck getting it corrected unless you pay them a subscription fee to take control of the account that you never set up or authorized in the first place.
IIRC, just after the Las Vegas shooting, up popped a Mylife page for Stephen Paddock, created only hours or less after he was identified, that kept changing by the minute he was a Republican, then a Democrat, then an Anarchist, a Republican again, a Christian, an Atheist, a Satanist, a Muslim, at one-point IIRC he was a Mormon, he was also gay and or transgendered at various points in time. If you kept refreshing the page, it kept changing.
Thanks for the info
No thanks re search my name
I never do that...
