Why would police release a photo of the suspect in custody in an unsecured squad car? A lot of leaks from this police department.
El Paso PD is featured prominently on Live PD. Let’s just say it is interesting viewing when they are on. FWIW they seem to be one of the last department’s that often assign two cops to one vehicle. Not sure if they have more cops than cruisers. Also, they get a lot of size out of each officer.
