Police and other emergency services are responding to reports of an active shooting at the Walmart near the Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, Texas, local officials and witnesses say. Only few details were immediately available.
The incident began at about 11 a.m. on Saturday when officers were called for an active shooter at Walmart. It was not immediately clear if police have confirmed a shooting and, if so, what is the status of the suspect.

Breaking News Live now saying the manifesto is a hoax.
A false flag operation doesn’t have to mean that the shooter was working for a police state agency. I doubt that. But it could include changing certain facts in the story to the advantage of the agency, deep state etc.
We have to rely on the media and government officials for the “truth”. We can’t take the default position that they are being truthful.
I’ve always thought that people on FR didn’t just take the media and government official statements without questioning the integrity of the sources.

there are pics of victims before he entered the store; to be honest, most folks with a CC carry a hand gun with one load - you’ve got to be very brave/lucky to take on somebody with a long arm and probably plenty of ammo?

Moved from CA to MS three Months ago to be near my Wife’s Family who semi Retired here years ago.
My Wife was taking care of her very Ill Mother since we arrived. My M-I-L just passed away two weeks ago.
Not sure where we will finally end up, but if it isn’t a Constitutional Carry State, it isn’t happening. We may stay in MS but there are a few other places on the List. The truly Free States in the Union are few and far between.

Think they assume everyone with a gun drawn, is a shooter until cleared. So perhaps a few guns were drawn in self defense, no doubt. A little longer and we might have responded with a tank or two. Hey, this is Texas.
I am a vendor at a Walmart in not the greatest area of Central Florida. Was in store from 1030 to 130 today. Most customers were mothers and kids doing back to school shopping.
Media should not cover those events because this encourages “copy cat” shooters.
It’s pretty bad when being facetious is closer to the truth than people want to believe.
They should de-ball the guy with a dull knife before they string him up.
