Why the hell not? We've got a president on the side of the US Constitution, a bunch more judges who are hopefully on the side of the US Constitution and, quite frankly, this issue was never fully discussed and resolved to anyone's satisfaction, other than the commies who perpetrated the fraud in the first place.
All we need to do is have the SC come up with a ruling defining "natural born citizen". If they say, definitively, that any tom, dick or harry with parents from wherever can run, as long he had one foot on US soil when he was born, then at least we'll know where we stand.

It is factually different. Obama was born in Hawaii of a US citizen mother. Yes, I know there were some that claimed he was born in Kenya but this was never substantiated and was contradicted by contemporaneous birth report in local newspaper. Okay, complicating Obama is his adoption in Indonesia, which required renouncement of foreign citizenship. Plus, he apparently used foreign passports for travel, maybe attended school as such. Yep, lots to still learn.
Gabbard is clearer as she was born in American Samoa and there are ongoing battles, all lost, to make American Samoans US citizens. They are not natural born citizens. Gabbard, like Cruz was not born in the US.
It is all messy and I do wish courts would rule with clarity. Is a natural born citizen one born of citizen parents? And in the US? Probably won't get settled until we have a kid of a terrorist running for office thinking they qualify to be president.

Obongo was running against McTraitor who refused ANY attempt to even bring up O’s eligibility. Trump is not McTraitor. That said, the GOP as a whole would not have the stones to challenge “the first viable African American Presidential Candidate’s” eligibility.
