Those native to Buffalo refer to that time as “the good old days.”
Anyone who's ever been to Central Park (the one in Manhattan) has seen those strange looking rocky outcrops scattered all around. Scientists say that those outcrops are proof that at one time New York City was enveloped by a very deep glacier.
Most of the midwest where our food is grown was flattened by glacial action. Climate change is a given, man has nothing to do with it.

Yep. That was genuine global cooling. Then came global warming and the ice melted. That's how the Great Lakes were formed.
And it was all before coal fired plants and automobiles, too.
It's called "weather" and there's not a thing man can do about it.
