Elijah Cummings is the creep who tried to frame the tea patty for using a racial epithet beginning with the letter n at an anti-Obamacare rally all the way back in 2010. Fortunately Andrew Breitbart revealed the con job and it was shown that Cummings had lied about the whole thing. That was race-baiting creep John Lewis, not that Cummings isn't just as despicable.
