(Nadler misrepresents Mueller testimony at press conference)

New York State is NOT running this nation with their Socialist elected congress and Communist Senators. Nadler is one sorry American.

He is going to be even sorrier. He will regret the day he was born.

And here’s the rest of it since there’s no need to excerpt Dougherty’s blog:

“We are continuing an investigation of the president’s malfeasances,” Nadler said, indicating the charade would continue through the August recess and beyond because the lunatic Left-wing “AOC Plus 3” faction now controls Democrat policymaking. “He [Mueller] told us that Donald Trump obstructed justice.”

“We will continue to seek testimony from key fact witnesses,” he continued. “The Committee has authorized several additional subpoenas. Our work will continue into the August recess and we will use those subpoenas, if we must.”

Nadler is lying, flat out. Mueller said no such thing.

In fact, Mueller said just the opposite.

As noted in a tweet from ABC News, Rep. Doug Collins (R-Ga.) asked Mueller, “At any time during the investigation, was your investigation curtailed or stopped or hindered?”

Mueller’s response: “No.”

We already know there was no criminal collusion or conspiracy because Mueller stated that fact plainly in his report to the Justice Department earlier this year. So if his probe was not hindered in any way by White House or anyone else, then we can’t very well have a crime of obstruction by the president, can we?

Jabba was grotesque when he was truly fat. Nothing has changed, he’s just as grotesque.

The ‘Independent’ special counsel didn’t give him what he wanted so now he’s going to completely ignore that and do his own non-independent investigation.

Just like a bratty, petulant child who’s told “no” by one parent and then does an end-around to ask the other parent... except in this case I think Nads is ignoring both.

This guy is suing to get access to Grand Jury testimony which the law does not permit him to have.
“He [Mueller] told us that Donald Trump obstructed justice.”
I wonder if Nadler will have the chutzpah to actually tell a court that.

See, this is what I mean by saying that the Warren Court’s fraudulent 1964 New York Times v. Sullivan decision is the linchpin of Political Correctness.

Sullivan is fraudulent because SCOTUS claimed that the First Amendment affected the right of someone - specifically, politicians and judges - to sue for libel. The reality is that “the” freedom of the press of which 1A speaks is freedom as it existed in 1792. The whole object of the Bill of Rights in general and of 1A in particular was to assure the public that not rights of the people - the right to sue for libel not excluded - would not be changed under the then-new Constitution.

Taking away the right of someone - even an elected official - to sue for libel was not the purpose, and is not the meaning, of the First Amendment.

The reasons why Sullivan is bad precedent, including the above, include the facts that journalism is a leftist cartel, and that Democrats go along - and get along famously with - that cartel. No “liberal” ever gets libeled. And that means that the Sullivan decision only compromises the rights of Republican officials and their voters.

A courtroom setting is the only place where facts and logic can weigh more than political BS.

Nadler, Schiff and their fellow traveler coup plotter traitors to America are not going to stop unless they, themselves, are brought to justice. They are willing to destroy the US government in their lust for power and will happily rule over the flaming ruins they want to create.

In having followed all of this to the depth that it is examined on this sight, if one compares the condition of the progs in government to about five years ago they appear to be just about at the point of absolute self-destruction.

Five years ago there was always some degree of plausible deniability.

Now we have millions watching the testimony live, it is recorded in it’s entirety word for word and two days later the Nad gets right in front of those very same cameras and goes full retard lying.

For the grand finale he is demanding the AG of the United States break the statutory law that they passed sealing grand jury testimony in such matters.

And the rest of the progs golf clap.

They are beyond delusional and at some point they will only have violence as a remaining option when reality is blocking their every thought and demand.

Rep. Nadler is not sorry enough. Jerry Jadler is trying to subpoena grand jury testimony This trying to get grand jury’s secrets is totally illegal and makes the congressman ripe for a jail sentence. The only reason Woodward and Bernstein got away with it is because the vicious Judge Sirica (remember his treatment of G. Gordon Liddy?).

The Penquin didn’t really know what was in the report. Between eating and napping, Nads is trying to get more network news time.

He was making outrageous statements during the hearing. Too bad he hadn’t been sworn in.
