A customer at a 7-Eleven store in Virginia shot two suspects who were allegedly trying to rob the business early Thursday morning, police said, according to reports.

Okay, question.

How come the two shot guys were only 'suspects' who were 'allegedly' trying to rob the business but they come right and say the guy 'shot' them.

Why didn't he 'allegedly' shoot them?

Something's not right here.

I want my money back.

Maybe because the robbery was a crime, so the perps are presumed innocent until convicted, while the hero’s actions were noncriminal, so there is no need to presume innocence?

I too am getting sick and tried of the word "Suspect" . I believe innocent until proven guilty, but being caught with a gun pointed at a store clerk or found with 50# of dope means, He / she was pointing a gun at the clerk demanding money or he/she was found with 50# of dope in their vehicle. period....

otoh, if my mom had taken this approach, I probably would have turned out as a criminal.. IE.. I was caught with my hand in the cookie jar and a pile of crumbs were around my mouth, You can't spank me! I'm just a 'suspect" "you have to prove I was stealing cookies and I had full knowledge of what I was doing was wrong>>
