And once again the IG just makes recommendations and it’s still up to DOJ to have prosecutors willing to go after it... which good luck.

A "bombshell" would be an indictment and arrest with no bail allowed. A bunch of high-ranking Government officials suddenly resigning "to spend more time with their families" would be an acceptable alternative.
All the other announcements are just noise to make it look like they are doing something.
