Yeah, I get he may not agree with the elements, but Lieu asked him flat out if he did not indict because of the OLC opinion and he said yes. Lesko gave him a chance to clarify or even backtrack on that based on a memo released from his own office and he would not. Lesko did a great job and I think she got that point across and at the very least exposed a contradiction in his statements.
