Green’s Fortuna Pharmacy, a locally owned Main Street storefront, received the highest number of prescription pills at nearly 6 million.

Be a shame if Green’s Fortuna Pharmacy were to burn down.

Humboldt County is where the majestic redwood trees are found. The trees are a wonder to behold. However can honestly say that the residents were among the strangest people ever encountered in my journeys.

I guess no one is feeling any pain. Wasn’t that from a song?

70 million over 10 years = 10 million divided by 132,646 = APPX 75 PILLS PER PERSON. I don’t know what a normal prescription count is but 70 pills over a month doesn’t seem excessive. Though probably enough to get one hooked. The question is how many pills were consumed from the black market. Lots I would think.

Your math assumes every resident was using them.

Now they’re on the street. Much better business for the gangs, cartels, politicians, money laudering banks, police state agencies and prison systems.

Also more deaths from drug use (although suspect CDC data claims slight reduction in 18).

Banks need to launder drug money. Otherwise if they fail we could have a systemic financial collapse.

The sadistist bastards that run the government and the fascist police state agencies love more death, and the money. Goverment loves Democide, 200 million died in the 20th century. Our police state people are cut from the same cloth as the Stasi, KGB, SS, and Gestapo.

I hope you do know that CDC used suspect data compiling stats on opioid crisis from 1999 - 2008. They got death certificates from coroners and medical examiners that weren’t even physicians, didn’t do tox screens, autopsies or CT scans. But they managed to put down opioid death without enough or no evidence.

Government is evil. Wake up and shake off the cognitive dissonance.

I am going to guess most didn’t get prescriptions for the pain pills. My guess is 90% didn’t take pain pills. Therefore, it would have been a lot more than 70 pills per person. They were dealing.

Talked with a friend yesterday. His son got addicted to pain pills. Then heroin. About to start another rehab.

Son was a bright, nice looking young man with a great future in front of him.

The father is a very good family man. A man of faith. Works hard. Does things the right way. And now has to deal with this. Sad to think about it.

That would be 75 pills per year (per person) as I calculate it.

Doesn’t sound anywhere as bad as 70 million.

If one in 12 used the pills, that would be 75 per month for them.

?????

They could have been dealing, but how do you know? They might have just thrown them out too. This is old data from 06-12. The opioid death rate is up from 12 while the opioid prescriptions are way down. It’s the illicit trade that is up and that is consistent with the government’s sick, sadistic and pathetic policy.

Have you ever spent any time in Lake County? Same.

All is well, they had their mother may I permission slips from the learned men of medicine.

But if they think of growing their own without permission, then it's krystalnacht and the camp!
