A bombshell report released Thursday claims that Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN-05) entered the country fraudulently in 1995 as a member of the “Omar” family, which allegedly isn’t her real family.
The article was published Thursday at Powerline by David Steinberg, formerly an editor of PJ Media who has written extensively on Omar over the past three years.
In his article, Steinberg claims:
“In 1995, Ilhan entered the United States as a fraudulent member of the ‘Omar’ family. That is not her family. The Omar family is a second, unrelated family which was being granted asylum by the United States. The Omars allowed Ilhan, her genetic sister Sahra, and her genetic father Nur Said to use false names to apply for asylum as members of the Omar family.”
He goes on to claim that Omar’s real name, before applying for asylum, was Ilhan Nur Said Elmi. The family split up in 1995 when three of her siblings were granted asylum by the United Kingdom, including Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, whom Omar allegedly married in 2009 and divorced in 2017. As The Minnesota Sun has previously reported, this alleged marriage to her brother occurred at a time of massive immigration fraud.
Steinberg cites as his sources multiple members of the “Minneapolis Somali community,” who claim that Omar was born as Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, as well as marriage records, address records, court documents, and online communications that he provides pictures of in his article.
He concludes the article by declaring that law enforcement has enough information to “open an investigation.”
“I believe Scott Johnson, Preya Samsundar, and me, with our three years of articles, columns, and posts, have provided more than enough evidence to give law enforcement authorities probable cause to open an investigation,” he writes.
The Minnesota Sun reached out to Omar’s office for comment on the allegations, but didn’t receive a response.
“We do not share the personal information of refugees, due to privacy considerations,” a State Department spokesperson told The Minnesota Sun in response to a request for confirmation of the information in the article.

I really do hope this Somali scumbag can be investigated, prosecuted, and ultimately deported. I’m just afraid that young, female, non-white, and Muslim may be too “intersectional” for this to happen. But let’s hope I’ll be proved wrong.

Should be grounds for deportation of her, the other two with her at the time, and the family who agreed to let her pose as one of them.

The fact that there seems to be NO laws that need to be followed by these BASTARDS any longer is a real problem for the citizens of this country!!! How much longer does the government expect ALL citizens of this country to follow the laws of this country, we are very close to the time when we ALL say SCREW YOUR LAWS we shouldn’t be living in a two tiered justice system!!! How much longer are the American people going to tolerate NO JUSTICE happening to these BASTARDS!!!
No wonder the Establishment Media is silent: there is a real good chance both the IRS and ICE may be asking some really tough questions about her legal status here in the USA.

The reason for the false name is likely to get a family reunification visa, for people who are not really related.
That type of fraud was so widespread among Somalis, that as a group, that type of visa was suspended from 2008 to 2012. When they gave genetic tests to Somali applicants applying for immigration visas based on family reunification, 87% were found to be fraud.
Another reason for a false name however, could be to avoid accountability for the father’s prior life in the regime of the communist dictator Siad Barre, who had conducted a massive Genocide in the years (87-89) prior to the collapse of his government, and the emigration of Ilhan’s family (both in 1991).
Send her back! We already have more than enough frauds in The House On The Hill.

I have for many years said; "The trouble with laws is they handicap law abiding citizens."
What I mean is if there is no enforcement, law abiding citizens will still respect the law,and obey it, while others will disregard the law, and take advantage of them. -tom
