Yes, those who would go out there and try to trespass need to understand that the military is NOT civilian enforcement. They are under no mandates to arrest.

20 minutes north of me is the Navy's Earle Naval Weapons Storage Facility. Years ago I had to pass by the place on my way to and from work. There's a two lane county road that goes along the east side of the place. One more than one occasion I would see a Hummer parked along the fence and if I happened to slow down even a little bit I could clearly see the driver in the vehicle checking me out.
