We are now seeing the real intent of hate crime laws, and it’s not about dragging deaths of poor black men.
It’s not even about protecting obnoxious bull dyke football players who can’t shut the f$$k up.
It’s about coercive social control and intimidating people who the power structure don’t like and punishing them for fake, made up crimes
Yeppir. The three guys who did the dragging deaths, two got the death penalty, one got life in prison. It was still used as a justification for hate crime legislation. What were they gonna do? Give the death penalty guys a couple of extra injections or make the life sentence guy stay in prison a few years after he died?
