we were treated to a master class in how to alienate millions of potential fans in the nation they supposedly represent.

This (ex) sports fan is tired of the dregs of society being allowed to drink, drug, beat wives, and to disrespect the very country that has given them these blessing in the first place.

I used to be a sports fan, but over time have become disgusted with every aspect of the debacle. On every level. From high school foolsball all the way to the National Felons League. They've lost me as a fan forever.

I gave up baseball because of the strike, never went back.

I gave up football because of the kneeling, Kaepernick was just the final straw.

I gave up the Olympics because of medalists disrespecting our country and flag in front of the world.

I even gave up NASCAR because it took up too much of my time.

I NEVER watched basketball, tennis, or golf (just shoot me)

You can live without sports! You’ll have so much time on your hands, you won’t believe it.
