Read the article above. There are two investigations regarding Epstein. There is an investigation into the sweetheart plea deal Epstein received in Florida a few years ago. Apparently, Barr became affiliated with the firm that was involved in that deal sometime after the deal was done, so he is recusing himself from that investigation. Barr is NOT recusing himself from the criminal investigation and prosecution currently under way in New York.
