Epstein wasn’t tried on all the charges and there were lots of victims that were not part of the plea deal.
Because he was not charged for crimes against all the victims and his plea deal was based on fraud upon the court, it is not double jeopardy.
What fraud? Also the deal appears to have covered charged and uncharged crimes.
