Sanders wants the same old methods of selecting judges. He also wants rotations. I want popular elections every 10 years. Rotations are just off the wall. I think it’s good that he brought this up. The moment judges are elected or appointed to fixed terms, after which they must be re-elected or re-appointed, things are gonna be a lot different with respect to their unbridled arrogance. A king with absolute power acts very differently from an elected politician.

They can try to change it, if they want to go through the constitutional amendment process.
