A Russian sub accident one day ago is not going to be a reason for the Vice President to turn his plane around minutes before his destination.

Some info is the sub is nuclear. If the fire is electrical it could explain all the death, but if the fire was in the reactor we got a whole different story. one the would put the EU on notice.
