Screws? Yours need tightening. Any number of EMS companies in the US could build this computer. A years supply of the China-made subassemblies would fit in a single cargo plane. They’re movng it because they want to.

Unfortunately that is not true - the last company hired by Apple to make the screws for the trash can model could not supply the required 20,000 screws per day Apple needed. And have you looked at the manufacturing specs for the Mac Pro? And if you believe there is such a company in the US that could produce the boxes at volume, please contact Apple and save them the headache of changing production venues.

No company moves production “just because they want to”.

dude, its not that simple.
it’s the underlying infrastructure of ideas and patents.
he computer, yes is a machine that can be readily replicated; it’s the software and other patents that are the heart of it.
