Counter-intelligence needs to be removed from the FBI’s purview. Whenever there’s a criminal investigation that may credibly be claimed to have a foreign angle, they use that to claim a reason not to divulge evidence to interested parties. It’s BS. It allows them spring evidence on defense lawyers rather than showing their cards.

The FBI needs to be removed from counter-intelligence. Just dissolve the whole viper nest. It’s existence isn’t mandated in the Constitution. Create a new organization. (Then Hannity can get a cute little lapel pin from them to add address his collection.)
