And, perhaps, they (the military) are going public with this stuff despite the fact that they don't have a clue because it is happening so often that the story is bound to get out anyway.
Yes, but ultimately there IS an answer to what is going on despite whether the DOD knows what the answer is. They could be completely honest about it AND the true explanation would still be either 2,3,4 or 5.
2. It is a branch of OUR military/intelligence that is not communicating with the DOD and running these tests in the dark.
3. There is nothing actually going on and it is mass delusions. DOD is just being truthful saying they don’t know what is going on.
4. A foreign power is probing our defenses and DOD is clueless as to what is going on.
5. Aliens.
Although at the end of the day, I still think #1 is most likely. They are messing with China and Russia. I seem to remember China and Russia doing some saber rattling in the past several months over new weapons systems they are working on.
Very possible. But they have not shot one down yet, so they are good. Others ...meh.
