Yeah, seals and medics in particular should be allowed to murder their prisoners regardless of what the Law of War says and to hell with all your training on how to treat prisoners. As for CorpsMAN Mengele, he can kiss off a career in medicine. He will be lucky if he isn’t in prison for life.

The whole thing is a scam to get this guy off. We are supposed to believe after years and years in the system just now in the trial someone else did it? I dont think so. Both killers deserve life.

For a former JAG you seem to forget about the “beyond a reasonable doubt” part of our justice system.

This testimony along with the supposed “looking for leaks” email surveillance illegally done by the prosecution in my view shows reasonable doubt unless this witness can be proved a liar.

Full of opinion, dangerously short of facts. I’m sure that the NCIS would love to have you aboard.

Hey Noob... read up on the facts.

You won’t look as stupid then.

Wow, the leftist prosecutors (looking to add to their resumes) in this case are desperate to get a Seal scalp. You one-up them by wanting to get two. Congratulations!

The case is over. The Navy ought to just cut its losses now.

You're a troll and have never had to worry about your loved one(s) being taken to court over giving their blood and life for this country.

This trial is meant for one thing and one thing only and that is to scare our armed forces into letting these savages take their lives because they fear being forever remembered as a murderer and going to jail for the rest of their lives.

Actually, the Law of War, as ensconced in the Geneva Conventions say that non-uniformed combatants are given no protections. It is that way to encourage combatants to make clear the difference between themselves and civilians. The non-uniformed combatants here, are themselves the war-criminals according to the Geneva Conventions and explicitly exempted. The right to be treated in a particular way is the only real enforcement mechanism for the Conventions to encourage armies and soldiers to treat their enemy combatants in a humane manner.

Really any other way of doing it just makes those Geneva Conventions a trap, and actually encourages atrocities and misbehaviors for the advantage they give.

and to hell with all your training on how to treat prisoners.

And that is the actual infraction here.

“He will be lucky if he isn’t in prison for life.”

Get your facts straight Pal, he was given immunity. And as for your view on this incident, you may want to grow up a bit before making judgments on men who have faced combat.
