I check replys to your post and noted that someone brought up this is a Trade PACT" What pray tell is the difference between a Trade Treaty and a Trade PACT? Otherwise I agree with you tell grandma Speaker to butt out -she has not yet gained authority to overrule the Senate on a TREATY.
