Roger Stone is requesting proof that Russians hacked the DNC server, as was reported in the Mueller report. Stone claims if the Russians didn’t hack the DNC, his case should be dismissed.
As we’ve pointed out…. the entire fake Russia collusion narrative was based on the fairy tale that Russia hacked the DNC and then provided emails they stole to WikiLeaks. Roger Stone is out to prove that this narrative is a total fabrication.
We reported on May 11, 2019, that Roger Stone and his legal team requested the report from Crowdstrike, the firm connected with the Deep State who reportedly did inspect the DNC server after emails were released by WikiLeaks. This report was used by the FBI and the Mueller gang as support that the DNC was hacked by Russia.
Julian Assange has said it wasn’t Russia that hacked the DNC - that’s why he’s locked up incommunicado somewhere - so the public can’t hear any more about it.....
Seth Rich was the Wikileaker and they plugged him.
The FBI used an analysis of the report, not the report itself.
In violation of the best evidence rule, but hey, so what. It's the FBI. We daren't expect professionalism.

As some of you know, I have said here before that it concerns me somewhat that AG Barr has said the the Russians hacked the DNC server..... he didn’t say that Mueller said that (although the Mueller report does say that). There are probably a few hundred-thousand people in the USA who are aware that it is likely that the leak to Wikileaks was done by Seth Rich (27 year old DNC staffer). Unlikely that “the Russians did it”.
(....and now I am wondering if Vince Foster’s antique pistol was used by Seth’s killer/s.)
Anyway, I like what Roger Stone is doing here. We sure do live in an amazing and troubling time.

I’m tickled pink that Stone has the balls to stand up to the Stasi/Stalinist wannabes instead of being cowed into a plea agreement to a crime that likely never existed. Come on Deep Staters, cough up the proof that the Russians did a successful hacking. Come on Crowdstrike LIARS, cough it up — or at least engage in some legal “dry heaves” maneuvering for our entertainment.
Assange actually went so far as to say it was not a nation state that hacked the DNC. John McAfee of Antivirus fame said that he’s seen much of the Crowdstrike Report, and that the trail of breadcrumbs left by the hacker pointed to a lone pajama boy living in his parents’ basement who did it. The Russia meme was a total DNC/FBI/CIA/DOJ/DeepState lie!

He can't very well say they didn't hack the computer without proving they didn't.

So, Stone is being prosecuted on evidence that cannot be produced?
So much for the right to confront his accusers.
I wonder why Manifort’s attorneys never brought up the same argument? They used the same fake premise to obtain the search warrants for the fishing expedition.
Now that Mueller’s STASI style reign of judicial terror and intimidation is over, expect to see a lot of legal actions to expose and highlight Mueller’s illegal abuse of power under color of law
If Stone is being prosecuted by the regular DOJ and not some independent counsel (which Mueller never was anyway but now he is shut down), then cannot the President simply order the DOJ to drop the charges? That is, he does not have to wait for a defendant to be convicted in order step in after the fact. It seems to me that he can simply order Barr to not proceed with the case (against Stone or the SEAL on trial or anyone else facing pending federal charges).

The FBI refused to even take possession of the DNC’s server.
