Of course, it wouldn't be IN Omaha. I'm sure there's a lot of open land nearby Omaha where they can find 10 square miles to cede to the federal government as the new capital district.

Just think of the shovel-ready jobs to build the new capital! Maybe they can even build it underground to protect from the tornadoes. We wouldn't want a House to fall on Nancy Pelosi.
