Yes CNN is ATT and ATT is CNN. I have my internet on ATT. I had to talk to them about my bad gateway. The woman was Indian and I could understand about 10% of what she said. I kept asking her to repeat. If I caught a couple important words in a sentence, I could guess what she was trying to tell me.
What a way to make a living while she has to listen to people telling her all day, "What? Repeat that again. I don't under stand what you are saying." My many years of computers (more years she has been alive) made her look good by my good guesses. ATT is as bad a wreck as CNN is.

Over the years, I’ve learned to be patient realizing the agents are just trying to make a living. But I rarely call support these days given the futility.
I refuse to do that. I ask them...isn’t there anyone there that speaks English I can understand?! If not then I ask for a manager. I keep going until I can understand someone.
