Exactly. Additionally, we don't need a "czar" since the Constitution grants the President absolute authority over immigration issues and dealing with aliens and defending the border, with no oversight granted to congress or the courts on this matter. The law is very clear on this.
Despite that fact, this president has refused to exercise his constitutional authority on the defense of the border so all of this is just "window dressing" to make it look like he is doing something about the invasion when he is not and doesn't intend to.

In fact De Blasio announce this week that illegals can get driving license and free health care, so much for Real ID that is supposed to become law soon, maybe or whenever.
