The head of the OSC, Kerner, is the former staff director for McCain. He's the one that urged the IRS's Lois Lerner to go after the Tea Party and conservative groups until they were financially ruined.

I think Trump ought to play the Deep State's game against them and replace Kerner, not Conway.
