I don’t understand - if coal is SOOO DAMAGING to the planet as he says, and if he’s willing to spend his fortune to stop it, why not buy the coal mining operations outright and shut them down?

This is nothing more than a ruse to get around political campaign contribution laws.

He should put his money where his mouth is. All of his businesses, his transportation and his properties should all run on alternative energy. Until then he, should STFU and just enjoy his family.

Or go to China and stop the monthly additional coal plant from being built - show them the wonders of wind power, biomass and solar. See how quick you are laughed at and kicked out.
