Sounds good on paper. Hopefully, Mexico will live up to its end of the bargain and not double-cross President Trump the way ‘RATS double-crossed President Reagan time after time.
Given the fact that the Mexican Government controls less than 20% of its own territory by their own admission, I don't put any credence into any "concessions" they made. We're going to be back here in 30 days or less because as someone else posted, our President doesn't put up with any shennanigans and isn't going to take kindly to the Mexican Government not doing jack.

I agree with you. This was a win for the corporate cronies who were screaming about the increasing prices of their shiny suvs.
Waiting to see the actual numbers, as this administration has seen illegal numbers higher than any other.. maybe several combined.
I imagine that he demanded a signature and made it clear that reneging will cause immediate institution of tariffs which will grow and stay in place until they truly get their act together. President Trump has more leverage against other nations than Reagan had against the pusillanimous dems...then and now....
