It’s one step, and it makes “illegal immigration” harder, but it doesn’t “solve” it. Not until we do a Wall on the Canadian border as well. Now you say we don’t have to worry about Canadians? Well, we do if Canada will pass Mexicans through. The flow will shift to the least resistance at each point.
