ITEM TWO---Did the Cummings' connive to derive “illegal private benefit” from a non-profit?

His wife's non-profit "Global Policy Solutions" received more than $6.2 million in grants between 2013 and 2016, according to tax records. Several of the nonprofit group’s financial backers — Google, J.P Morgan and Prudential — have business interests before Cummings' House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform......making it likely the $6.2 million was in the form of a shakedown. Either the businesses coughed up donations or Cummings would institute "investigations."
