She’s a pretty one....but do they have a sufficient complement of females, homosexuals and transgender sailors?

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either opinion or satire. Or both.)

AND their sailors are DISCIPLINED!
NOT a bunch of pampered, "diversified", socially promoted, space fillers.

Just an expensive coffin. In the modern technological era all surface capital ships are obsolete. Sadly a huge price of young blood will be paid before the “battleship Admirals” realize this new reality.

It still can be sunk.
Maybe the intended use is against countries that don't have a capability to sink it.

"Between 1840 and 1949, China suffered more than 470 invasions by foreign powers from the sea." There's a thirst for rage there that needs slaking.
That's a lesson.

Destroyer my arse...she has displaces more than the Ticonderoga class cruiser. I am not sure in today’s naval environment whether there is a real distinction between a cruiser and destroyer.

“waiting to see it on television were disappointed when state broadcaster China Central Television was unable to provide a live feed of the parade, possibly due to the bad weather and sea conditions. But that did not stop them from enjoying picture reports that arrived a few minutes later”
LPL, classic. Yeah, probably due to VERY BAD weather...
“Between 1840 and 1949, China suffered more than 470 invasions by foreign powers from the sea”
As an aside, pray tell, WHICH invaded the most?
Re: the ship - no mention of propulsion plant? If this thing isn’t nuclear, it’s not going to hold up to ours.

I wonder how his ship would fare after a direct hit from a tactical nuke tipped cruise missile fired from 2000 miles away?
To: nickedknack
Strange how everything they build eventually looks like something we built some time ago isn’t it?
Wonder if it has any urinals or is unisex like ours are now?
I’ll bet it isn’t crewed by pampered children females and queers.
The crew on the ships that sailed into Sydney Harbor mostly looked like Bruce Lee.
