Roger Stone is requesting proof that the Russians hacked the DNC server, as was reported in the Mueller report. He claims if the Russians didnt hack the DNC, his case should be dismissed.
An IT expert and NSA Whistle blower who looked at the data online can confirm that the DNC data leaked by WikiLeaks was definitively not hacked, it was copied to a disk or flash drive.
We reported on May 11, 2019, that Roger Stone and his legal team are requesting the report from Crowdstrike, the firm connected with the Deep State who reportedly did inspect the DNC server after emails were released by WikiLeaks.

Their position is that if the Mueller team and the FBI did not inspect the DNC server, then how can they know that the server was hacked. This logical argument makes sense

The Mueller team is fighting back against the Stone team and arguing that it is not necessary to see the documents that support that Russia hacked the DNC

Hey, to the usual naysayers, please don’t bother to post -
GatewayPundit brings some new info every day - it’s a long slog to the finish line..
“The Mueller team is fighting back against the Stone team and arguing that it is not necessary to see the documents that support that Russia hacked the DNC”. Hmmmm, interesting response. You don’t NEED to see the evidence that may exonerate you (since it’s all about exoneration, just “take our work”. You’d think that high power lawyers in the FBI/DOJ would understand the rules of evidence.
Anyone who bothered to dig into this knew this almost 3 years ago. The data transfer speeds were too fast for a remote hacker and are identical to someone using a USB drive.
The DNC data was leaked by Seth Rich and he was killed for it.
Agree, Seth Rich was killed for doing this.
He just framed Russia to make TRUMP look bad!
> Seth Rich was killed for doing this.
And it was obvious to everyone at the time as well.
They don't want to go there, they know where the trail leads...
I love Binney. And I don’t doubt but that it was an internal exfiltration rather than a hack..
But I’m not sure Binney’s evidence is conclusive, as last I saw his argument was that the data speed was too high for intercontinental online connections. Yet that doesn’t address whether a closer-to-home hack would have been possible.
The court needs to rule in favor of Stone here. This will blow the Mueller report apart.
He was a Bernie supporter and was upset by what he saw the DNC doing to Bernie. Downloaded the files on a thumb drive and gave them to Wikileaks.
Cost him his life, he was taken out by 2 hired assassins, MS13 thugs from Florida, they were then eliminated 2 days after they took out Seth.
Silly!
Bill Binney ping...
Not a lawyer but it appears that the Crowdstrike report could be considered evidence that could benefit the defense. Not sure how exculpatory evidence can be denied, even if the evidence was seen only by the judge?
Appears Mr. Stone’s defense team has located a vulnerable pressure point of the prosecution. Good for him.
Who is Mueller? Seriously. The guy got a bronze star in Vietnam, so how did he turn into such a weasel?
Two MS13 perps? Im only familiar with the hijacked control system theory
I believe Bill Binney and have ever since Bill Still first interviewed him about the datarate and timestamps on the “hacked” material.
However I also think it is possible that the same file may have come from two different sources, one an internal and the other more of “hack”. This is just conjecture but if both are true, then one does not preclude the other.
Consider for example that the files could have been internally leaked by an insider as Binney claims, and then someone else examined those files, found passwords and userIDs inside them, and went back into the site an “hacked” their own copy.
I’m just applying logic, not saying this is what DID happen. I believe Binney over all others.
Drunk on power. Became part of the DS bureaucracy, too lucrative to miss out on.
Yet that doesnt address whether a closer-to-home hack would have been possible.
Define ‘closer-to-home’.
Seems like I remember that the speeds quoted for the download pretty much ruled out any kind of remote Internet connection.
Almost had to be direct.
Tucker has stated several times over the years, that there hasn't been any proof of what they alleged.
