One question that was asked long ago, and never answered, was this:
If Obongo wasn’t eligible to be president, what would be the status of every law he signed and every appointment he made?
Are they all null and void?
I consider that after the electoral votes were counted without objection that the issue became moot, and all subsequent acts (at least the ones that weren’t unconstitutional) would have been valid under the doctrine of apparent agency.
