Scan a copy, print it out, and what have you? Certainly not a document that can be forensically examined.
To achieve that, access to the Hawaii Department of Health archives would be required, and access to hospital records. You would need to see the ORIGINAL ENTRIES and even then, one wonders...what sort of finagling went on there.
You can prove he submitted a fraudulent document to prove he was a genuine qualified candidate, what more do you need to prove?
