The end is near. Venezuela is not on a sustainable path and Maduro will certainly fall, the only question is how bloody it will be.
What has happened there was very predictable for those who understand the evils of socialism and the reaction here in the US in our media and cultural elite to Chavez and Maduro after him speaks volumes about the ignorance of the left.
It is a shame that a beautiful nation has been destroyed, but the historical lesson is undeniable. Venezuela should be a wealthy and prosperous nation.
Trump and Pompeo have done a good job on Venezuela. The only reason Maduro is still there is that many of his minions are rightly concerned about their fate when the regime falls. It won’t be getting on a private jet with Maduro and living the high life somewhere else....
