AG Barr threw cold water on treason as a charge in his interview with CBS. He seemed skeptical.

My argument is that trying to overthrow our government is an act of an enemy and treason is aiding or abetting an enemy.

Is that rationalizing too much?

Sedition is the proper standing where it is now and starting to lean towards treason. Barr was right to say this.

Barr is correct, at this time. Sedition is certainly on the table. Check here for the elements of treason, sedition, and related crimes. It's clear that members of the Deep State have committed sedition.

BTW the treason piece is being looked into from several areas. There are ongoing investigations going on which can prove the charge from several directions.
