Actually, I’m fairly certain his eyes did not bulge like that in high school. Since finding out we were classmates in high school, I have looked at his pics in the yearbook. He looked normal back then. The only thing I can say is that he was embarking on his journey into political corruption even then. I wonder if his crazy eyes are a result of embracing an ends-justify-the-means philosophy in pursuit of power?
