The only way to solve this problem will not in court nor political. I would suggest that all women born a women and with the proper attributes of a woman refuse to compete against a man that identifies as a woman even if he has undergone hormone induced changes and the really brave one the knife that removes their male genitalia.
A man even though he has undergone hormone therapy and the knife has a stronger more robust bone structure and greater muscle fiber density and thus an unfair advantage against a woman. These men are not women.
It would be most amusing to see the women and the man that claims to be a woman line up for the hundred meter dash and only he runs. He might get a 8 or 9 second score. Perhaps a couple of the ladies could walk slowly to the finish line and get second and third place with a blazing 130 seconds and 140 seconds score.
The courts are of no use in this. Contempt and satire devastating harsh humor will correct this. Boycotts work if used properly. You make a laughing stock of the sports event and it becomes financially untenable and thus self correcting.
The best answer is to have no women’s sports at all. They want equallity? Let them earn it by competing directly with men. Problem solved.
