I’m sure HE would prefer that this was his “final statement” and that the report could stand as “his testimony”, but that’s not the way it works.

If his report is “testimony”, then he is going to have to face cross-examination.

It's up to Lindsey Graham to compel him to testify, and Lindsey has a crush on him.

Schiff says Mueller MUST testify, lol, i told ya to grab the popcorn, Mueller is his own worst nightmare, and Bob, its only just begun, enjoy the ride! Being dragged thru the mud on both sides for the next few years will be payback for 2 years on me anticipating litigation, and getting nothing, for my money.

If his report is “testimony”, then he is going to have to face cross-examination.

If his report is actually his testimony, then he shouldn't have any problem with attaching his signature and an oath to the document. And then being ready to defend himself from perjury charges if it turns out if there is anything untrue in the report.
