Got to love the hubris of Mueller dictating to Congress he won’t testify after a $35 million investigation.

Good statement.

He spends wildly for Obama and Hillary prosecutors and investigators to get wealthy, then is asked the question: If you don't know anything then why spend 2 years and $35 million of taxpayer money?
