Did not Mueller specifically say the accepted belief a sitting president could not be indicted was not a consideration when he decided not to indict?

As for collusion, Mueller said he found no instances where anyone associated with the Trump campaign had improper contact with the Russians?

Amash is just full of sh*t.

I think Barr said that. Regardless, Mueller was bound by DOJ policy which said he could not indict a sitting President, period. What he did not say or imply is he did not recommend in indictment or even as an unindicted conconspirator. That is the record. If this Aholemash thinks otherwise he is free to make his own conclusions AS TO WHAT HE WOULD DO, not what he thinks Mueller could have otherwise done.
