Yea, I saw that and was glad to hear someone from the govt. finally admit it.
As to what they are or where they come from, I have no idea. Quite possibly they are unmanned high propulsion drones from another dimension or some ultra top secret aeronautics facility, similar to Skunk Works......
I think they might be getting ready to reveal something to the public. Also stated we are not the only country to experience this.
