I am a bit in the clouds today - :^/ - but somehow this does not seem to cling together very well. Apparently what DiGenova is saying is that the Trump/Russia counter-intel probe was started to cover up that more people, political people, were being spied upon through the NSA data base.

However, such extensive measures were taken to try to implicate Trump in Russian collusion - all in compatibility with Hildy's desires and Fusion GPS - it is hard to reconcile what I understand DiGenova to be saying. Presumably Judge Collyer's report put an end to the 'contractor' abuse of the NSA database... was that enough to motivate govt leaders to risk their careers to attempt a coup against a presidential candidate - president elect?

Perhaps tomorrow it will make more sense to me... ❓
